It's what I use'm for. Ain't got a lot of use for most of'em at all, but a few of'em are worth dealin' with.

Purifyin' it maybe since you can't eat it without gettin' poisoned. Mostly deal with the lady god for healin' and shit. Supplies for the apartment. Huntin' stuff if I need it.

I can. One of the gods had some kind of antidote a while back. Don't think they've got it around anymore. Lady god cleaned out the pool it was in earlier.

Mostly though, everything here's poisonous to us. Ain't really much of a problem though. Just bring it to one of the gods and get'em to purify it.
