I've never met more than two, unless you count the Sabers but one of them isn't from the Fourth or Fifth War. She's an entirely different 'Saber' that just looks a lot like Saber does. But I'm not sure if it's possible or not.

There's the normal Saber, the Grail corrupted Saber and a Saber in red. I don't now the identity of the red Saber except that she was an emperor.

There are a fair amount of people from similar realities. Out of the Servants there have been the three Sabers, two Lancers from the Fourth War, Rider from the Fourth War, two Gilgameshes. And there is a Lancer from another war that I'm not familiar with. Out of the Masters . . .there are two Waver Velvets, who were contracted to Rider in the Fourth War, myself, two Kireis, there was a master of Lancer and [ . . . derp. ] Saber's Master from the Fourth War as well. Some of these people have left, since I haven't seen them in a while.

But "a mess" might be an understatement.

. . . Saber's. We contracted here, though she mentioned that she remembers me contracting with her before as well.
